At Sansiveri, our strength lies in the dedication and leadership of our people—and Andrew de Labry, CPA, exemplifies just that. As a Partner and valued member of the firm since 2010, Andrew brings over a decade of experience, insight, and strategic thinking to his work.
Andrew’s career at Sansiveri has centered on delivering high-quality auditing, accounting, and business consulting services, with a primary focus on the construction, manufacturing, and distribution industries. He leads financial statement audits and reviews for privately held companies and regularly advises clients on complex business transactions, internal controls, acquisitions and divestitures, benchmarking, and cost accounting. His clients appreciate not only his technical expertise but also his steady guidance through critical business decisions.
Andrew’s commitment to collaboration is a reflection of the values that drive Sansiveri forward. When asked what makes Sansiveri special, Andrew replied, “I believe Sansiveri’s culture and people are what make it such a special firm to be a part of,” he says. “We have a great group of people who are working towards a common goal of excellent client service, while achieving a real work-life balance. I truly enjoy working here because regardless of the department we work in, we all collaborate to support our clients and each other.”
Beyond his day-to-day client work, Andrew contributes to the profession and the community. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the board of directors of the Greater Providence YMCA—reflecting his commitment to giving back and supporting causes that build stronger communities.
Andrew earned both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his MBA from Salve Regina University. His academic background laid the foundation for his practical, solution-oriented approach to client service and leadership.
Outside of the office, Andrew lives in Stonington, Connecticut, with his wife and their three children—two sons and a daughter. He’s an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys sailing and surfing along the New England coastline and skiing in the winter months. His passion for adventure and exploration mirrors the drive he brings to every engagement.
