Andrew graduated from Salve Regina University in 2010 with a BS in Accounting. Andrew joined our team that same year as a staff accountant. From day one, Andrew’s hard work and dedication earned him the respect of his colleagues, partners, and clients. Andrew’s commitment to quality and teamwork helped him to gain more experience and advance within the firm. It became very apparent that his success within the firm and within our profession as a whole was tied to the success of his team that he was a part of. When asked about what excites him about his future within the firm, Andrew quickly responded – “As a public accounting firm, our most valuable asset is our employees. We need to invest in their development and put them in the best positions to have success. My goal is to help promote a culture that empowers our employees.” An avid surfer and sailor, Andrew resides in Westerly, with his wife and their son. Being that family is so important to Andrew, the work-life balance that Sansiveri provides has been, and continues to be, the perfect fit for him.
