James Walsh, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Manager. Jim has over 25 years of extensive experience in tax compliance and tax consulting for both business entities and high net worth individuals. He advises C corporations, S corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on how to minimize tax liabilities. His expertise in both individual and corporate taxation enables him to thoroughly analyze a business transaction in order to ensure that it provides the ultimate tax savings to the individual business owner. Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bryant University serves as a tax committee member for the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jim and his family reside in Exeter, RI.

Ashley O’Rourke, CPA, MPAc, has been promoted to Senior Manager. Having over 12 years of experience in tax consulting and compliance, Ashley manages tax planning and compliance matters for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and individuals. Ashley counsels clients in ways to structure transactions and maximize the use of the ever changing federal and state laws to minimize tax liabilities. Ashley has a Master of Professional Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, summa cum laude, from Bryant University and is a Women’s Council Committee member for the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ashley and her family reside in Cranston, RI.
